Nexus Protocol is a symbolic identity and self-reflection experience. It is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or diagnostic service.
By using Nexus Protocol, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Nexus Protocol is designed as a symbolic, cinematic, entertainment, and self-reflection experience. It may generate classifications, written content, images, and audio based on your answers and interactions.
Nexus Protocol does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, diagnostic, legal, financial, or safety advice. You should not rely on the app or its generated content for important life, health, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
All paid digital features in Nexus Protocol are offered only through Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit.
Nexus Protocol does not use Stripe, external checkout, web payment, or external payment links for in-app digital content.
Reveal One Portrait is a consumable one-time in-app purchase.
One credit allows one Inner Portrait generation after completing the protocol. The credit is consumed only after the Inner Portrait is successfully generated and saved.
If generation fails due to a technical error, the credit remains available for retry.
Reveal One Portrait is not a subscription, does not renew, and does not unlock Shadow Membership or full premium access.
Shadow Membership is an auto-renewable monthly subscription.
Shadow Membership renews monthly unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings. Pricing is shown in Apple’s payment sheet and may vary by country, currency, taxes, and Apple pricing rules.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Access remains available while the subscription is active.
Apple handles billing, payment processing, subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests for Apple In-App Purchases.
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through Apple’s refund process. Nexus Protocol does not directly process refunds or handle credit card information.
Nexus Protocol may generate symbolic text, images, or audio using AI systems. Outputs may vary and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every user.
Generated content is creative and symbolic. It should not be interpreted as factual diagnosis, professional advice, medical analysis, psychological evaluation, or verified truth.
You agree to use Nexus Protocol responsibly and not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use generated content for unlawful purposes.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Nexus Protocol at any time. Some features may depend on cloud services, Apple services, AI providers, or network availability.
Nexus Protocol, its design, interface, branding, text, structure, and original creative elements are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute the app or its protected materials without permission.
Our collection and use of information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Protocol is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or create risk for the service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Nexus Protocol after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
